ScrubQuotes is back! Again!
To be fair I don't know much about [KOFXIII] yet, but... what makes this game special, really? It just feels like yet another minor re-arrangement of all of the same crap we've been doing since like the mid-90s. There's just SO MUCH inherent complexity, SO MUCH arbitrary information you just have to learn if you want to play well. Memorizing a bunch of combos, moves, exceptions about "when what has priority over what"... to me these kinds of flat "fact-memorizations" should not be what a game should be about. For this reason, Smash Brothers is my favorite fighter ever created (and Yomi is probably 2nd).
