They say that they will, and we've even seen some updated models for Morde and Gragas and some others, but that kind of stuff is obviously on the backburner because that doesn't get them as much money as pumping out champions and skins every two weeks does
If you ask on the forums you get ignored, but every few months someone comes out to say "hey guys, still working on that, stay tuned!"
