Yeah that's true that they can't go too much higher cause it's not like it drops off the map late game or anything, still useful, but no longer mindless either. I just said that because I don't feel good about giving heal an outright nerf. It seems it's really close to where it should be right now-- useful yet not too overpowering for any of the game except for the first few levels.
Like I think 100-110 + 30 per level or so would be better. (Right now it's at 145 + 25 per level for the record)
One thing I could see with heal is possible frontloading like half of the heal and then giving it a bit of a HOT component for the rest.
This would give it less of a troll feeling, much like the old catalyst fix.
