2011 5th place and 1-seed Jessica Alba bites the dust in a not-even-that-close match against newcomer Georgia Salpas. Despite voting for Salpas, I did not see that coming! Misa Campo nearly tripled Beyonce Knowles in R1 of 2011, but the pop singer looked better this year, winning two matches before losing more respectably to Emily Scott, whose x-stat last year was almost equal to Campo's. 1-seed Sofia Vergara also returned this year, losing a close bout to Jaime Edmondson by a score of 11-12, where 2011 x-stats estimated the match at around 17-6 Edmondson. 1-seed Olivia Wilde survived a midcarder scuffle in 2011 featuring Emmy Rossum, Iga Wyrwal, Katy Perry, Kristin Kreuk,and Yvonne Strahovski before losing in the sixth round to Keibler, but no such luck this year, as top ten babe Kelly Brook defeats her 15-5 in a match that basically followed the pair's 2011 x-stats. And the final 1-seed to leave in R3, Jennifer Love Hewitt never really showed up against newcomer Francoise Boufhal.
