I'd also say buy new since I really like the idea of supporting Koei, but that's your prerogative, I guess. You should be able to find both games each for $40 new, maybe $30-35 used.
I'll definitely buy new.
I played the series from 1-6. I got all mah frands into it when I took home 2 and blew them away. Most of them got fed-up with Koei around 6 but I wanna bring 'em back.
