No its exactly what it's like. You're avoiding a certain part of the game to make it more difficult. It's not a matter of "the game is too easy" - if you're having to change skillsets and adapt, it's doing its job.
Even better rpg example would be refusing to use a certain elemental type throughout the game.
If there was an element that broken, I'd call the game broken.
Also, Battle.net 0.2 continues to be a horrible anti-social joke where 90% of the UI is fluff.
