voltch asked me to tell him when rounds were up. I saw the 'no prompting' thing as 'don't randomly go up to people and say 'HEY SMFFFC' which is what caused the rule in the first place. I outright told FFD that if I was wrong about what the rule meant, then what I did was in fact prompting.
I assume that lefty initiated things and was banned for that (and that the (2) is noting his second time on the banlist).
