Yeah for real. It would be awesomely strange if Robbie E got the belt back off of Devon and it resulted in an ELEVATION of both the title and Robbie, considering Devon took it from Robbie in the first place.
Given that Devon won the title from Robbie in an unannounced unexpected random match at a PPV with no feud whatsoever, it would almost have to result in an elevation. There certainly wasn't any room for it to go any LOWER...
