You're thinking way too old for ECW. It's 1/1/2000 onward, which for the ECW TV Title means guys like Rhino, Tajiri, and Super Crazy.
yeah i couldn't separate time periods in my head. i also guessed kid kash and got credit for his X division reign. i did get rhino though. should have gotten tajiri and super crazy for their CW title reigns
