Hmm. Assuming that your deal in the first post (bard/paladin) was also an idea at the order you'd take the classes, might I suggest you reverse them? Not only is Precise Shot good in close quarters with 3 melee attackers (like we've got, and we're going to be in), but, like I said, undead. Undead everywhere. Even if you don't get Channel Positive until level 4, you still get smite evil.
