literally had the other mage chick as his mind control b**** for a while. and though you do beat him, she will never be a mage chick or know her other side of the family because beating kefka means to literally seal them away forever.
poisons everyone cyan's entire hometown, killing everybody he knew and loved.
turns the loli and the grandpa into slaves.
i don't even remember if he did anything to sabin. maybe he killed sabin's master or something? either way, the only ones he didn't really actively screw over are a moogle and a sasquatch. if there's anybody who hates ff6, it's kefka.

but you should always prioritize cloud of darkness because she has the best rack remaining by far and boobs are awesome.
