Saya's lead i wouldn't say isthe worst, just... crazy. Marche is worse because he's willingly a piece of crap with no excuse.
but i've played some others that i'd say are worse if i think about it, with different criteria. the lead of Ar Tonelico for example is so... boring that he's not likable in any way at all. girls are, lead dude isn't. and honestly i'd say that kind of protag is the worst - the kind who simply can't have you care at ALL about him. Marche may be a dick, but at least he gets emotion out of you for being such a dick. leads who are just there and exist, with nothing really good or special about them, are the worst.
