tl;dr version: Australian game store chain named GAME takes preorders for Diablo III, then, just before it comes out, decides that it won't carry any copies of it and if you preordered it, you are offered no refund no matter what and are invited to accept their "regret" that they will be taking your money and offering nothing in return.
I'm trying to have a more positive attitude towards you but this sort of obvtrolling is somewhat frustrating.

PWC had said they were trying to figure out how to get customers some value for their gift cards etc., I imagine pre-order money is also something they'd look into. I don't imagine you'd want to try and operate a major gaming store that no one will ever pre-order from in today's market, but who knows what they will do.
