I see. Well, think of something you can do together, ask her if she'd like to join you at the suggested date and time. If she can, great, if she can't, you can try the "hard to get" tactic yourself and not reply to all of her texts and reply with great delay to some. Who knows, she might bite that way.
But this "texting as a prelude to dating" thing is a lame situation to be in, it happened to me once. Didn't help that I was totally clueless about women at the time, but the whole thing ended up as a failure that I'd invested too much time and emotion into. Texting, shmexting. Let's just meet in person.
