May is was hella good in slash... Hard to play sure, but she was not even close to bottom 8. She's somewhere firmly in the middle.
Ky, Faust, Potemkin, Sol, I-no, Johnny, Anji, Testament, Baiken, Jam I think is the top 10 for that game actually.
Sol beats Faust and Pot straight up but Faust and Potemkin have advantage on Ky which makes them better. Really not sure the order after the top 4. No one really talked about the top tiers of slash. Just the bottom tiers cause they were sad.

Robo-Ky in slash is the worst character in the series. No question. ABA had a game breaking glitch too. Order Sol was really bad. Venom was definitely crappy. Eddie Needed the same amount of comboes to kill people as everyone else did which didn't work out too great for him. Dizzy was weak-ish too.
I can't even name 8 characters in Slash who are close to weak. Like I'm sure the other 2 for this question would be Chipp and Zappa due to having weak gameplay designs but they definitely were not bad. Hell Chipp was stronger in Slash then AC actually. Not sure what he even got as buffs besides motion changes, one new move and his very meh forcebreak. And Zappa will always be bad unless they break him.
That's pretty much all the low tiers in Slash. Everyone else was like B or A tier.
