You have the reading comprehension of a monkey. What Wang said is that he should be charged with manslaughter and not murder. As in, 'this is filed as manslaughter, grand jury, do you believe he should be convicted?'. Take two seconds to read instead of parading your stupidity around.

First off, if you use monkey in an insult, it is about as offensive as calling a thin man fat.
