Iroh > Toph > Lin > Zuko = Sokka > Korra > Tenzin > Bolin > Aang > Katara > Mako > Asami
Factoring in antagonists, Ozai would be in dead last where he belongs, Azula would be between Iroh and Toph, and Amon would be below Korra. To tell the truth, he should be much higher on competence alone, but I'm starting to hate him because he's effectively ruining every other rivalry right when it starts getting awesome. Bastard.
It was lame enough to break the chemistry between Korra and Tahno, but Tarrlok too!? Right when he shot up to Badass Tier levels of awesome? Friggin' stupid!
Dude just can't share the spotlight with anyone! >:(
