You should definitely get Rhythm Heaven Fever.
Is it like Guitar Hero, Rock Band? or it something unique like Gitaroo Man. I'm assuming this is a musical rhythm game.
Nah it's much more "simpler" than those - A and B are the only buttons your press
though don't think that means it's easy or anything, the controls might be simple but can be pretty tough and fun!
it's also got a hell load of charm out the ass
