Might not be happening... which would be great. I remember when someone (I don't remember who, but I know it was a later-gen Pokemon) made the top ten (I think he was fifth or something) he was downvoted out of the top twenty the very next round.
That sort of happened with Houndoom, and I want to say something else, but nothing looks familiar when I look at the list. And while Chandelure didn't crack the Top 10, it still took a big tumble afterward.
