How does Charizard keep getting 9 and 10s from retroactive voting and not move up any spots? >_>
It does move up spots. It moved up one spot yesterday and probably one or two spots the day before. Depending on how many Pokemon moved determines how many I actually mention. If someone does a complete backlog, then I usually only list things that moved at least three or four spots to save time/space. For today, I only mentioned things that moved at least two spots for the same reason.
Charizard is in 13th right now, and it's been steadily moving up for awhile.
