actually woah, epiphany time. I just realized what's actually going on. L isn't trying to frame me, he is being played by shados as well.
shados is the ancient aliens history channel guy, right? I think his power is to create evidence that supports any theory he comes up with. example, his theory was that Spiral was actually the killer, not Silver. He examined for footprints and found exactly what he was looking for -- footprints that showed Spiral shoving Justin into the blast.
keep in mind that after the trial phase ended, Haguile even made a point to note to us that 'We can see the footprints but we have no idea how shados came to the conclusion that he did'
likewise, if shados believes that Regaro and I were the ones who broke into the rooms, all he had to do was come up with a theory for how we did it and then he was given evidence that supported it -- except this time, his guess is actually WRONG but the problem is that because of his power all of his investigations still come back as positives
all he had to do was send the tampered video to L, who would broadcast it publicly so it didn't look like the evidence was coming from himself. then when I requested a footprint test to be done, he could fabricate that as well.
