Eh, I don't think it will have a big effect on the elections.

Everyone already has their minds made up when it comes to Obamacare and this ruling is unlikely to change that for the vast majority of voters. Its supporters will still want universal healthcare to happen and will continue to support Obama on that, its detractors will continue to dislike Obama's approach (or Universal Healthcare in general) and support the Republican party on that.

The people like me who had a problem with the mandate but still want universal healthcare won't change their opinion on the candidates at all due to this ruling.
