How easy is it to cancel?
Hopefully I can just I turn off the auto-renew at the end of the trial right at the start. Please don't make me call them!
And will I have to have everything returned before the month is up?
If you cancel during a trial they'll send you a stern letter telling you to return the items or face charges. You still have like a week or two weeks though, I forget which. If you cancel at any other time they just tell you to please hurry up and return your stuff within a week or two. You can't turn off auto-renew, I believe you'd need to cancel the day before the charge date.
