Where'd you read this? There's nothing about it on the main page apart from a reminder of how the rating system works.
A friend who I went high school with was talking about it on her Facebook.
I just went to see if it was true by going on random Naruto M-rated fics, but I couldn't see any alerts/protests, so it seems I may have been mislead =(
