a bunch of guys who play on GGPO mentioned this program, saying it changes how your computer acknowledges packets or something like that. anyway, supposedly it's legit and if we both install it it's supposed to make our connection run a lot smoother.

Should we give this a try? I figure between trying this out and trying that thing out that I mentioned last time (dsabling Aero/Desktop composition) we might get some playable online 3s out of the whole deal. and smoother ST to boot.
