Me and the poorly acted main character of some low-budget s***ty horror movie are in Touhou world, doing something involving the Higgs Boson particle (I haven't read a book in so long, I have to use most recently read internet article instead). Trying to stop us is whichever "celebrity panelist" counts as the "main character" of World's Dumbest (we'll just say Brad Loekle because I think he'd make the most hilarious antagonist)
