This topic was discussed at length in the nomination topic and what's done is done. The MK ninjas and Motoko have cybernetic bodies on par with robots that were created, they just so happen to be former humans. My definition of a cyborg for these contests is the character still must be human (all these characters could qualify for a cyborg contest too). And according to MK3 the "cyborg" ninjas did not even possess souls so that's robot enough for me without a doubt.
Let's have an end to this because I can't stand the whole cyborg/robot debate from the last few months now and am ready to not deal with it anymore.
