Twisted Metal Black just isn't a very fun game. The characters have really cool back stories, but I had more fun with the older games.
THPS is just really a fun game. And despite my disappointment with FF12, it's not a terrible game. Look at FF13 for bad. I gave FF12 a point because the division isn't too remarkable.
