I don't like that Round 3 idea. Generally an anti-vote format gets messy and does not give a credible result (people just want to eliminate the big challengers and game with small fanbase can squeak through because no one literally cares enough to anti-vote the game). In your proposed format, not only does the vote requirement to out a game is so low, you don't even allow positive voting! (100% sure FF10 will be out if it doesn't get a bye). So yeah, I think you can tweak the format a bit, so instead of voting to out a game, you're voting to "save" a game. When 4 games are saved, the remaining games in that division are eliminated.
but anyway, do whatever you think is best for the purpose of your contest!
