My first thought upon seeing this topic was that it was a stealth talks-about-the-users topic.
Then I realized that by now, everyone would expect it to be a stealth talks-about-the-users topic. You've done this like five times in the past couple weeks. About time to introduce a new twist. So then I figured it would actually be a Naruto fanfic topic masquerading as a stealth talks-about-the-users topic masquerading as a Naruto fanfic topic.
But for some reason I clicked anyway. And here I am.
Drak you thought you could out-WIFOM me. You should have known better than that.
Drakeryn, as you should know by now my friend, you are one of my all time favorite users of this board. In our younger days we shared a common ground in out love of Mr. Folles and RPG taste in general. As time passed I felt like at times we were reflections of each other. I was, and obviously still am, more open and brash about my feelings. You have much the same feelings, but are a plotter and a schemer in the larger frame of things. I like to believe that in many areas we have a pretty similar intellectual capacity even though I think you get more credit for it, calm usually does. Mind you, my specialization is writing Naruto fanfiction yours is being all smart about lawyer things, so advantage you. In mafia for a long time you were my idol, a distant star that I wanted to one day surpass and I feel I've done that. Every time I fooled you, every time I outfoxed you I was happier than you could ever imagine. Although Mercs made me die inside, I had fun playing word games with you. We would spend a long time WIFOMing each other, I playing the aggressor, you playing the meek man who doesn't like being strong armed, even when I wasn't strong arming you. You robbed me on Haar, but I think long term if I hadn't imploded a bit that was actually a very good deal for both of us.It is an absolute joy talking with you because you think. A lot of people don't think. They talk. You are a thinker and you just make the board a better place with every post you make. It has been an absolute pleasure knowing you for eight years and I hope we have eight more doing something together. Because you just make everything exciting and challenging and I wouldn't have it any other way. You are absolutely an ace in my book.
