Alright. Despite the order of votes I'm thinking I'll go with FE8 first simply because it's a quicker game to play through and the translation patch for FE5 I have will make me have to relearn menu symbols, which was a pain last time I did it. I'll do both games in the end though, and I might even start on FE5 partway into Sacred Stones, if that doesn't get too confusing to follow. So now the question is: Which route should I go in FE8?
EDIT: And also, two options. 1. Cheese the hell out of it. 2. Not use Seth.
