I don't really "abuse it". I use it since it's helpful but I don't try to rig super unlikely stuff. I do usually abuse save states when I play FE6 though, although that's mainly because too many boss fights in that game come down to idiotic "land four hits at 55% accuracy while he 2HKOs you in return" situations because thrones are a bit better than in 7/8 and enemies have actual speed and luck stats.
