Sona's heal hits one target other than herself, Lopen.
But keep in mind when you consider the cooldown relative to Astral Blessing's new 20 second cooldown you're getting a ****load of a better deal anyways.
I realize she's always one of the two targets. It's still useful at times, though. Sometimes you take damage even as the support.
Really though when you consider cooldowns even if she's not getting anything from the part that heals herself she's pretty well off.
