Are you for real right now? Fiddle got buffs to everything except the length of his fear, which was dropped by one second. You got it totally backwards.
Drain got lowered manacosts but a nerfed ratio, dark wind lost bounces but got a fixed trajectory, and crowstorm got the lowered channel which is godly.
