Kanz are you really arguing with red about fiddle and comparing him to kaiser of all champs?
There is a reason I put 20 straight fiddle games in as soon as the changes happened. They were a BIG ****ing deal and I knew it. And it took less than a week for fiddle to start making pretty regular appearances in games when he was almost never seen before.
You compared Fiddle and Kaiser because they "blow everything on their ult combos", but I would say that fiddle has much more usefulness with his ult down than kaiser.
The range on both Dark Wind and his Fear makes him a lot better ultless than kaiser could ever hope to be. He can pretty safely toss dark winds at will and that fear is instant death to enemies who slip into it's range during a teamfight stand-off.
Each of them has a QE that do what they have to do exceedingly well, yeah. I try to get QSS whenever I face fiddles these days, because getting feared for so long is a death sentence. If I had to face Kaiser I'd get good amounts of MR instead since the ult isn't cleansable these days, probably a banshee's.
