Personally I'd say Tira at least looks older, certainly more mature than 17 now, although it's up for debate whether she quite looks like she's in her mid-30's, I guess. With Hilde it's harder to tell. She's, uh, had a haircut.
Nightmare hasn't been 'confirmed', but come on, he's a given. Surely as is Cervantes, and yeah, I think Zasalamel is more likely than not, along with Kilik, Raph, Amy and Yoshimitsu. In terms of other characters, Taki is reportedly in the game in some capacity, and Sophitia is purportedly dead.
