It's been going downhill for some time now with no telling when it'll get good again.
It got good again today! Hodi is just a terrible villain. I will admit that the beginning of Fishmen island is really boring. Also, I believe Oda said that he just passed the midway point at around the end of the Whitebeard war arc. So there's probably around 400-500 chapters left.
