Serra is just Priscilla with 2 less move (and horribly slow supports, if you feel like getting those for any healer). Can't see why you'd want to use that, barring personality/personal favourite-related reasons of course.
Dorcas and Dart are the main questionable people on the A team to me. Granted, that much arena abuse makes this not matter as much, but the speed is just horrid and nothing else makes up for it. Meanwhile, Dart has a stupidly valuable promo item. Otherwise, looks good.
