Is my opinion worth it if I've never watched or read anything Naruto in the past?
Sure! Mostly I am looking for critique and for observation as a writer. I like for people to see where I have come from, where I have gone, and knowing that evaluate where I still need to go. Drak was excellent in that regard.
Failing that you can just tell me how you liked each chapter though =)
