Wow, NEVER clean-shave. It grows back in like 2 days and it's itchy as hell, not worth it. Just a quick pass with clippers is the best. As for shaving the balls, I ONLY use the razor. It's impossible to cut yourself with one of those 4 blade ones, as opposed to clippers and scissors which are dangerous as hell.
