You know what I JUST realized?
Batman: The Black Mirror, which justfinished in Detective Comics, already has elements of non-canonicity to it, since Barbara was in a wheelchair.
...So? Her time as Oracle is still there, she was still paralyzed by Joker, I assume they'll explain how she got her legs back, but being in a wheelchair is still all canon.
