Do they have someone I can counter jungle? Yes? Then Cloth Armor and 5 Potions.
If not then I go Vamp Scepter so I can jungle at reasonably high health when I gank. Pretty fun stuff.
Also, remember if you can't reach an enemy with your Q than Dash with W and THEN Q.
