Bioware is... hopefully more competent than Blizzard at that... but... then again Blizzard was decently competent at stories before WoW too.

TBQH, I think it'll depend on how well TOR does. Making an MMO is a make or break decision on a company, so either TOR will bomb and Bioware will shut down (please no), it'll do great and they won't care enough to make KOTOR 3, or it'll do ok and they might make more KOTORs.
TOR won't bomb, though it won't be a huge success, there will be a huge surge of people at first but I doubt the game will have enough content to keep all the players from leaving, the replay value is almost non-existant from what I've heard, there's only 2 storylines, one for each factions and after that there's not much more incentive to play, for the story at least.

I've heard the story is completely different for every class.
