Saginaw is most definitely not worse. I lived there for a while. It's rough and stuff, but worse than Flint? Not in a million years. Saginaw does have some truly awful areas, though.

They say he's from Flint because Flint has absolutely nothing going for it and since he spent one year at a Flint school they took credit for him. Actually, if you drive down I75 towards Flint there's a sign that says "Welcome to Grand Blanc: Home of 2009 Heismen Trophy Winner Mark Ingram"

My memory is a little fuzzy on that last part because I stopped working in Flint and don't see the sign anymore.
