Also, as I already pointed out, you're never going to be able to have this play exactly like the show. The fundamental difference being that we're still in the tribe phase, yet we're doing individual challenges.

If we were all meeting up to play some 8 v 8 flash soccer game or something, the idea of having players sit out would make sense.

But every challenge, each individual player is responsible for their own score, entirely separate from the rest of the players in the game, including their team members.

In the show, there's a general concept that every player on a given tribe has to uphold their share of responsibility. If a tribe member is lacking, they will cause their tribe to lose, and are likely voted out.

The way we have this set up, players on the larger tribe are free to do absolutely nothing, and it doesn't penalize their tribe at all.

Whereas on the smaller tribe, every player counts.

How is that fair?

By using averages, we instill that every player in the game has a responsibility to show up and attempt to do well.

Again, the larger team still has an advantage, because if someone on their team fails to show up or underperforms, it affects the team average less than it does on the team with less players.

I just think if an individual is failing to perform in challenges, their entire tribe should feel the consequences of that.

Isn't that how it works in the show?

That's all I'm saying.
