Also, as I already pointed out, you're never going to be able to have this play exactly like the show. The fundamental difference being that we're still in the tribe phase, yet we're doing individual challenges.
If we were all meeting up to play some 8 v 8 flash soccer game or something, the idea of having players sit out would make sense.
But every challenge, each individual player is responsible for their own score, entirely separate from the rest of the players in the game, including their team members.
I tried explaining this to you once. It's about communication. Talk to each other, give each other strategies, tell you team mates your high score, let them try to beat it, then try to beat theirs after they do. Compete against each other before you compete against Blue Team. You will have much better scores I promise.
On the show, when players sit out, the players who don't participate in a given challenge are decided before the challenge starts. They don't get to even practice or attempt the challenge.
This is how it will be. While the losing tribe is voting a person off, the winning tribe will be deciding who is sitting out the next challenge. They will have no clue what the next challenge is beforehand.
