I'm not trying to upset you here, but it's honestly laziness. I'm guilty of this too, obviously.
That ten minutes I spent vegging out on board 8? I could've emptied the trash, taken care of the dirty plates. How about that 30 minutes I spent wasting time on Twitter? I could've moved the stuff off the shelves and dusted/wiped them down.
It takes time to be productive and clean but it's worth it.
the worst part isn't being lazy
it's being consciously aware you are being lazy and then feeling bad afterwards because you were lazy
