I've got a laundry list of tweaks I've compiled over the years that should be implemented in online CC, but there are 2 major problems: No one cares about CC functionality (it's just a side game to play when you feel frisky), and the programming behind it. As it stands now the programming is basically "each gets 6 Pokemon from the entire roster, 4 random moves (1 must count as an "attack") and random items from the entire list. That's it. The whole thing is basically a very fun number generator. To start building all kinds of parameters into would mean someone would have to take the time and do a lot more coding to fix it all. No one wants to do it, going all the way back to GSC NetBattle.
