Braviary will benefit from increase in saves imo. it'll find it much easier getting to 6/7 than most of what's left.
Well this is true partly in that this signals to me that I need to start saving Braviary. It's one of my favorites but I can only remember once or twice it even came close to danger, so it's mostly one I keep an eye on.

Heh, sorry but not only am I not a huge fan of Rufflet (for the exact reason I'm not a huge fan of Piplup or Torchic) but with the way things have been going I fear it had a slim chance of outranking Braviary (a lá Mienfoo, Tirtouga, Palpitoad, etc.) which is just... no.
Also add Frillish to that list! (not that I dislike it, but Jellicent is totally better)
