The point is because a lot of people are claiming it's a "great game" and a "great rivalry." Neither of which I believe are true. I'd be able to accept your arguments a lot more if you just admitted to this fact, rather then acting like these are two characters getting undeservedly snubbed.
These are two clear joke nominations. I have no problem with joke nominations getting in, but I do take issue with people claiming these are a legitimately well done rivalry.
It is a great game, and a well done rivalry. That isn't the main reason people are nominating them, but it is true. Have you actually played the game? If you answer no I am done taking you seriously.
I have played the game. It's not very good.
